Look at Community Capacity to Conserve Open Space in the Twin Cities Area

This report is based on results of a questionnaire that examined local government capacity (“community capacity”) to conserve parks and natural areas in the 11-county Twin Cities metro area. The study explores the multiple factors in place within local communities that could influence their ability and capacity to balance development and conservation.
