Are you a new citizen board member or a long time member in need of a refresher? Do you have questions that never quite make it onto the meeting agenda? Would you like a chance to explore planning ideas in greater detail? Here is your chance.

Corcoran has been working with CGO staff and consultants to create an evening workshop on advanced planning and zoning topics. The evening will include an overview of advanced planning techniques such as overlay districts, performance zoning, form-based codes and sustainability, and will also include a discussion to field questions from participants.

All members of all CGO and neighboring communities are invited to this free event. The workshop is focused on Planning Commission work, but all elected officials, staff and citizens with an interest in planning their community are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
