Center City Council starts new year with vacancies on citizen boards; capital purchases around the corner

With the exception of the name change for city depository Mainstreet Bank to Central Bank and replacing the Xcel Energy (power line) committee with the Ordinance Committee; Center City's appointment list for 2010 is a copy from last year. Center City seeks volunteers for several committees, down to the minimum membership, with a few volunteers doing the majority of the work.
