Center City approves new comp plan, support LS Power re-addressing

Center City accomplished a long-awaited goal last Tuesday evening. The full council unanimously approved the comprehensive plan as recommended by the Planning Commission. Madonna Higgins commented, “This is a historic moment, (since) the first draft for a city comprehensive plan was written in 1970.”
