Walking trails in a unique forest

Oct. 8 turned out to be a beautiful fall day for the grand opening of the Sugarbush Preserve in Livonia Township. The great weather made for the perfect opportunity for the sugar maples to show off their gold and orange colors to residents of the area and members of Waste Management, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Trust for Public Land and local officials.
