Victoria - Planner's Corner

Victoria is working to align multiple studies from multiple sources to master-plan the Marsh Lake area to accept a wide variety of housing densities while protecting natural habitat.

They are revitalizing their downtown area by adding commercial, housing and recreational amenities to the area – increasing the mix and intensity with new investment.

Victoria is also forging a newly collaborative relationship the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District, to better protect natural resources and shape growth of the city.
