Reports find stimulus funding decisions missed opportunities

Two new reports released today [6/29/09] by a coalition of national and statewide organizations, based on official data of the states’ American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA), found that Minnesota made some critical investments in safety and maintenance, but missed an opportunity expand transportation choices and create the most jobs in the metro area.
