Rushford to connect trail to town attractions
The city will use the funding, along with a 25 percent match with city funds, to connect the Root River State Trail to the city’s popular Creekside Park, the refurbished Hoiland Mill and other attractions. That link should help draw more tourists to Rushford and benefit businesses, City Administrator Windy Block said.
